As a Service Coordinator, you are the key link between our clients, the tasks at hand, and our skilled service engineers. Your role is to ensure that tasks are efficiently scheduled, the right person is assigned to the right job, and the quality of service remains high.

In this independent and dynamic position, you’ll need to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a clear overview. Your ability to adjust and manage resources well ensures effective planning and smooth project completion.

With strong communication and commercial skills, paired with technical insight, you'll uphold our high standards and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You pay attention to the well-being of the Service Engineers and consider this when planning assignments. We’re looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can manage, plan, and keep everything on track. If you’re a quick responder with a customer-focused mindset, we want you on our team!

  • You work together with your regional sales team for optimal customer support.
  • Keeping an overview- and handle warranty claims
  • Organize logistics for Service Engineers, including flights, hotel accommodations, and other travel arrangements, ensuring efficient planning and preparation
  • Support the personal and professional development of Service Engineers


YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge and an affinity for mechanical engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Affinity or experience with the maritime sector
  • Ability to motivate and guide/direct colleagues and teams
  • Customer-focused, communicative, structured, and results-driven
