WHO ARE YOU?  

You are a creative marketing professional that enjoys working on both digital campaigns (social media, website, email marketing) and traditional campaigns (printed materials, trade shows, and in person events). You combine creative thinking with pragmatic hands-on execution skills and know how to turn ideas into results.  

You have a natural interest in digital marketing, social media, and visual communication, and you are curious about how AI and new technologies can support smarter and more efficient marketing. You communicate clearly, work accurately, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the organization. 

YOUR JOB  

You will strengthen AEGIR-Marine's marketing team and work closely with and report directly to our Marketing & Communication Manager. You'll make a significant contribution to our digital and traditional marketing and communication efforts and to the strengthening of our marketing communications through creative content, targeted campaigns and the smart use of social media and modern AI tools. You'll be a master in translating ideas into concrete results and actively participate in all marketing activities. 

OTHER RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THIS ROLE  

• Managing our social media by planning, content creation, publishing, and performance monitoring. 

• Developing and executing creative online and offline campaigns.  

• Designing visuals and marketing materials to use internally and externally.    

• Using AI tools to support text generation, image creation, trend analysis, and workflow optimization. 

• Keep our website up-to-date and contribute to SEO improvements.  

• Organizing and supporting AEGIR-Marine events and marketing activities.   

• Analyzing marketing results and reporting insights and improvement opportunities. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing needs into concrete actions.  

YOUR PROFILE  

• You are a smart and creative person with a strong sense of design and visual communication. 

• You have relevant experience in social media management (tactical and operational). 

• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing (text, image, automation).   

• A hands-on mentality: proactive, ownership, and getting things done.   

• Accuracy and organizational skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.   

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.   

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.   

• HBO level through education and experience in marketing, communication, or related fields.
